Enter the dates for your cat/s stay and your booking will be sent to us. Please note that if dates are unavailable the booking system will not allow you to select them! You can check availability at any time by selecting your dates without having to call to check.
Do call/email if your dates are unavailable as we can sometimes move pens around to accomodate you.
You will receive a booking confirmation and invoice for the deposit by email.
BOOKING IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOUR DEPOSIT IS PAID. BOOKINGS WILL BE HELD FOR 5 DAYS BEFORE BEING RELEASED IF THE DEPOSIT HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED.
PLEASE ENSURE YOU INCLUDE VET DETAILS AND VACCINATIONS WHEN YOU BOOK. BOOKINGS WILL NOT BE ACCCEPTED WITHOUT THEM.
YOU CAN COME BACK AND ADD OR EDIT INFORMATION AT A LATER DATE BY CLICKING BELOW AND THEN SELECTING THE SMALL PENCIL ICON UNDER YOUR CAT'S NAME. REMEMBER TO CLICK SAVE AND CLOSE.
We are open for drop off/collection 09:30-12:00 6 days a week*
We are open for drop off/collection 16:30-18:00 Mon - Friday
We are open for drop off/collection 16:30-17:30 Sat
We are open for drop off/collection 09:30-10:30 Sun
You will be asked to select your drop off and collection times when making a booking request.
*We are CLOSED for drop off/collection on Bank Holidays and for family birthdays on 6th Jan, 9th April, 20th June, 15th August & 20th August. We are still happy to look after your cats on those days but will not be open.
There is a minimum of a 5 day stay over Christmas
