  • If you would like to check availability/book please click Check Availability. You will need to create an account if you are a new customer, existing customers can log in and their pet's details will be retrieved.

  • Enter the dates for your cat/s stay and your booking will be sent to us. Please note that if dates are unavailable the booking system will not allow you to select them! You can check availability at any time by selecting your dates without having to call to check.

  •  Do call/email if your dates are unavailable as we can sometimes move suites around to accommodate you.

  • You will receive a booking confirmation and invoice for the deposit by email. If you don't receive it, please check your Spam folder!

  • Your deposit secures your booking so please be aware that your booking is not confirmed until your deposit has been received. Bookings will only be held for 7 days before being released if we haven't received your deposit payment. Deposits are refundable if you cancel your booking 4 weeks or more prior to the start date.   • PLEASE ENSURE YOU INCLUDE VET DETAILS AND CONFIRM THAT VACCINATIONS ARE UP TO DATE WHEN YOU BOOK.  BOOKINGS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT THEM. Please also email a photo of your cat/s vaccination card so we can check their vaccines and update their records. We will also need to know what products you use for flea and worm treatment and when they were last administered.

  • You can revisit your booking and add or edit information at a later date by clicking below and then selecting the small pencil icon under your cat's name. Remember to click to save and close.
